I love the self serve, free vacuums out front. The toweling off at the end really puts the extra shine in my truck's exterior.

Where to start...first, this place is not "touchless" at all. They do not give you a receipt. Some guy just walks up to take cash at the window, then marks your window with a marker...nice. The reason is probably because they want to record of their service...see below. The car wash uses extremely abrasive, spinning rags which are terrible on your paint. The same muddy pickup that just went through and left dirt on the rags now gets blasted on your paint at high velocity. Nice. Worst of all, this place DESTROYED my front left tire and wheel, and the owner refused to fix it. A 1/2" deep gouge was ripped out of my sidewall and the entire circumference of my wheel was chewed up horribly. This is on a new $45,000 car... I followed the instructions on the signs, "car in neutral, hands off wheel" but the attendee (also the owner) lined me up off center and sent me through anyways. My left wheel/tire scrapped along the conveyer belt bars through the whole wash, causing $500+ in damage. The owner basically told me it was my fault and they have no responsibility for customer car damage. Additionally, there was soap left all over my car that was not rinsed off. So I had to hand wash the car to remove the soap scum. I waived off the guy wanting to dry off my car with the same dirty shop rags they have been using all day...no thanks on the swirl marks bud. Unbelievable. These guys have absolutely no clue about car detailing and have horrible customer care. Disgraceful. Stay far away from this place!
